Core A 2017-2018 Technology: The Good, The Bad, & The Evil; Clients Trust Accounts & The 2017 Real Estate-Related legislative Update

As a busy real estate professional, it is challenging to stay abreast of every new law. This course is specifically designed to summarize key current trends in Hawaii real estate and provides valuable insights and real-world examples.

Licensees will gain:

  • Insight into major law changes relating to real estate passed by the Hawaii Legislature during the 2017 session
  • Awareness of several types of technology tools and practices used in the industry and the security risks associated with them
  • Knowledge of the legal rules of copyright and trademarks pertaining to those tools and practices
  • The ability to identify the legal requirements concerning client trust accounts

Hawaii State licensees are required by the Real Estate Commission to complete two core 3.0 credit CE classes, and 14 elective credit CE classes every 2 years.

This course fulfills 3 hours of the required 6 hours of commission designated core course for 2017-2018.
