Annual REALTOR® Association Dues Notice
- Your annual REALTOR® association dues include your membership to:
- National Association of REALTORS®: NAR dues include the yearly NAR Consumer Advertising Campaign Special Assessment - no increase in NAR dues or the annual assessment amount. Members have funded NAR’s Consumer Advertising Campaign for 20+ years through the special assessment to showcase the value of a REALTOR® to local and national audiences for the benefit of all members.

- Your local board, the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® - no increase in HBR dues.
- Annual membership renewal begins on November 1, 2024, and is due by December 31, 2024. Payments received after the due date are subject to a late fee of $75.

Administered by the Hawaii Community Foundation, this fund is seeded by voluntary contributions from individual REALTORS® and HBR members for annual grant-giving.
