Having trouble logging in?

Possible problems and solutions

Password doesn't work?

Check your Caps Lock. Your password is case sensitive. If your password doesn't work, check to make sure that your Caps lock isn't on. If you have the Caps Lock on, your password will be typed in all uppercase characters.

Check your Num Lock. Your Num Lock must be on if you want to use it to enter your password.

Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password link. A reset link will be sent to you via email.

Attack Lock

If you see a message that says "Attack lock activated", that means your account is temporarily disabled. This happens when you enter an incorrect password too many times. The Attack Lock lasts for one minute.

If this happens, you can:

  • Wait one minute for the Attack Lock to automatically be removed, and then try logging in again. If you forgot or want to reset your password, click on the Forgot Password link.
  • Contact HiCentral MLS Tech Support for assistance.
