REALTOR®/REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® members in good standing as of May 29, 2024 are able to participate in the elections.
What's on the ballot?
Members will be voting for the 2025 HBR Directors and proposed bylaws amendments.
Who are the candidates for 2025 Honolulu Board of REALTORS® Directors?
Director- at-Large (3 to be elected for a 3-year term):
Brandon Kim, Derek Lau, Pamela Maeda, Denise Miyahira, Christina Nishiyama, and Catherine Pierce.
Metro Regional Director (1 to be elected for a 2-year term):
Olivia Schubert Moschell
Windward/North Shore Regional Director (1 to be elected for a 2-year term):
Sean Wingate
When is the election period?
Members will be able to vote from June 7 to June 28, 2024 (by 11:00 a.m.)
How do I cast my ballot?
WAYS TO ACCESS YOUR BALLOT:
- On June 7th, each member received an email from the "Honolulu Board of REALTORS" (via [email protected]) with a unique, coded link to access their ballot.
- Go to the voting site here. You can use the Help menu to request to have your voting credentials emailed to you.
- Members can also request their voting credentials by sending an email to [email protected].
When will the 2025 Board of Directors be announced?
The 2025 Board of Directors will be announced via email on Monday, July 1, 2024.
