Honolulu City Council has passed resolution 21-62 setting the Real Property Tax rates for FY 2021-2022.

Real Property Tax Rate Set for FY 2021-2022
Honolulu City Council passed Resolution 21-62, which sets real property taxes for Fiscal budget Year 2021-2022. 

There is no increase in the residential property tax rate and all property tax class rates remain unchanged. HBR is glad to see that there is no increase in Residential or Residential A (Tier 1 & Tier 2) tax rates.
