How to Opt-In & Update Your Communication Preferences in Your Member Portal
- Log in to your HBR Member Portal.
- Go to “My Profile” and click the “Edit” button.
- Check your cell phone number to ensure it’s correct. If it’s outdated, update it.
- Under “Accept Texts (see Privacy Policy)”, select “Y” to receive text messages.
- Use “Communication Preference”, choose your preferred method(s).
- Click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
- You’re all set!
