Renew Real Estate Licenses Every Even-numbered Year

Licensees intending to renew their license on an active status by the renewal deadline of November 30 (even-numbered years) must complete 20 hours of approved continuing education courses during the biennium. The required continuing education hours include six hours for the commission designated core courses (Core A and Core B) plus 14 hours of elective credit hours.

Reminder: As of 12/19/16 the Real Estate Commission allows licensees to repeat the same CE course every other biennium. View your CE history at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA) website MyPVL. Licensees are welcome to repeat a course for informational purposes during the two biennium period, but may not request duplicate CE credits. *Please contact HBR’s Education Department at [email protected] or contact Sherida Warren, HBR’s Education Administrator at (808) 792-4939 whenever you are electing to repeat a course with us.
