Effective May 1, 2022, changes in the Seller's Real Property Disclosure Statement (SRPDS) from Act 179 now include new sea level rise disclosure requirements. Seller must disclose to the buyer if the residential property being sold is determined to lie within a special flood hazard area or sea level rise exposure area.
