What is the HBR HOPE REALTOR^® Designation?

The HOPE (Housing Opportunities are Possible for Everyone) designation supports HBR REALTORS^® who are committed advocates for first-time homebuyers. The designation reflects an ongoing commitment to education and supporting first-time buyers in achieving homeownership.

Earning the HOPE REALTOR® Designation - Requirements 

EDUCATION

• Complete initial training classes: HHOC; HHFDC; HBR HOPE course
• Ongoing education and updates as needed

EXPERIENCE

• At least three prior transactions as a Buyer Representative that reflect real-world experience with the homebuying process
• At least three years of membership with HBR

GIVE BACK PLEDGE

• Credit 25% of compensation to help first-time homebuyers with closing costs
