Reciprocal Listing Service is a “per listing” service in which you would provide us with all necessary information by completing and submitting all applicable forms along with copy of the Listing Agreement and payment fee of $60.00 per listing (Credit Card form attached). Should you prefer to pay by check, please make payable to HiCentral MLS, Ltd.). Upon receipt of completed forms and payment, we would input the listing into our system. You would not have access to our listing website unless you become a “participant”. To include your web site/email in your listing, you may specify in the “Agent Remarks” area, however, contact information may not be displayed in the “Public Remarks” or public access areas (media). You must submit at least 1 photo and may include up to 25 photos max by e-mailing to me in .jpg format and indicating your choice for “Primary Photo”. You may also include 5 PDF files as supplements; the maximum file size per PDF is 5MB. If you have any virtual tour you want to add, please send the non-branded virtual tour link.
An MLS Change form must be submitted each time you need to revise anything in the listing, including changing status. Once the listing is entered into our system, you are responsible for any late report fees (first violation, mandatory MLS Rules & Regulations education to be completed within 60 days or $300.00 fine for not attending education classes, 2nd violation, $100.00, 3rd and subsequent violation, $300.00). You have 4 days from acceptance of purchase contract to report change of status to In Escrow - Showing (ES) or In Escrow - Not Showing (EN) and 4 days from recordation to report change of status to “Sold” (S) (Flow Chart and MLS Rules and Regulations are included as attachment for your reference).

Please submit the following for each property:
- Completed Reciprocal Listing Letter

- Completed Credit Card Payment Form
if making payment using a credit card - Completed Profile Sheet for appropriate property type .
- Copy of the fully executed Listing Agreement
- MLS Change form
signed by your broker as authorization for us to input the listing on your behalf.
Upon receipt and review, we will be in contact with you if more information is necessary, otherwise listing will be input and you will receive verification of completion.
