HBR alert: Suspicious activity reported at Windward open houses

We've recently been alerted to concerning behavior reported by multiple agents involving an individual attending open houses in Kailua and Kāneʻohe. While reports are currently limited to the Windward area, members should remain vigilant as this individual could potentially visit listings elsewhere on the island. The agents involved have filed police reports.

Member safety is a top priority. We're sharing this alert to remind members to trust their instincts, keep safety best practices top of mind, file a police report with HPD to document suspicious behavior/individuals, and notify your broker and HBR so we can raise awareness among our membership.

Brokers: Please share this alert with your agents, especially those with Windward listings.
