As we continue to look toward the future, your annual MLS participation fees will increase for the first time in over 20 years, effective with the term July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

Annual MLS Fees are due by June 30, 2025.
- Note: Payment of MLS fees is nonrefundable.
- $50 late fee will be assessed if payment is not received by the due date.

Ways your MLS subscription dollars work for you
Your subscription not only means Matrix access. The MLS is comprised of various programs, including RPR, ZipForms, InfoSparks, SentriLock, and Forewarn, to name a few. While these programs vary in their scope, from listing searches and creating professional reports to farming campaigns, tour and document management, tracking market trends, and fraud prevention, they collectively provide resources for successful real estate professionals.
More on the services your MLS subscription provides:
- Forewarn: Complimentary proactive safety and lead intelligence service for HiCentral MLS and MLS Choice brokers and agents (valued at $240 a year per subscriber). Provides instant identity, criminal, and property verification of your prospects to ensure your personal safety and efficiency, while also benefiting your listing homeowners by providing an added layer of protection for them and their homes.
- Rental Beast - coming soon: A game-changing business tool for property managers and for building accurate rental market data for our MLS.
- SentriLock Lockbox Lending Program: Need a lockbox for your listing or rental? Borrow one for FREE without worrying about storage or maintenance. Get the details>>
- MLS Training: Our classes are designed to help you become proficient in various MLS programs and are included in your subscription fee, so there are no additional out-of-pocket costs.
- Compliance: MLS governance helps to ensure consumer confidence in the marketplace and adherence to the rules and regulations. Learn about the MLS policies through the MLS rules and regulations classes, held twice a month at no additional cost.
- Technical Support: Get help via email, phone, or chat from our MLS client care team. Additionally, our Knowledge Base, an interactive library of step-by-step articles, enables subscribers to find solutions to MLS actions, even outside of business hours. This service is inclusive of your subscription.
- IDX (Internet Data Exchange): Facilitates the ability for firms or individual agents to promote and syndicate MLS information to outside websites.
- Reciprocal MLS Listings: As a HiCentral MLS subscriber, you can add your listings to the other State of Hawaii MLSs for maximum exposure. Add your listing (for a nominal fee) to Hawaii Information Service (H.I.S.) and Realtors Association of Maui (R.A.M.)
- Access to other MLSs: HiCentral MLS subscribers can access the California Regional MLS and Data Co-Op for Maui within Matrix, under the links menu. Additionally, RPR provides MLS information for all 50 states, so if you need to research prices or trends in Oklahoma, you can do so.
- ZipForms: One of the most important programs that allows you to quickly & efficiently write up contracts, addenda, and documents that are at the core of your business.
- Realist: Provides you with access to current and historical public information, enabling you to better educate yourself and your clients on historical sales, financing history, valuation, ownership information, and a range of other essential facts that facilitate informed decision-making with your clients.
Note for Designated REALTOR® or Broker-in-Charge:
Designated REALTORS® are ultimately responsible for paying MLS fees and related charges for all affiliated licensees. Unpaid fees may result in the suspension of your entire firm’s MLS service. Your office’s MLS subscription is automatically renewed, and fees are owed unless you inform us in writing that you wish to cancel your participation in HiCentral MLS.

How to Pay MLS Participation Fees
ONLINE: Go to www.hicentral.com/register 24/7. We accept: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA
BY PHONE: Call 808-732-3000, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and the day of the Summer GMM) to pay by credit/debit card.
BY MAIL: Send check payable to HiCentral MLS, Ltd. to HiCentral MLS, Ltd., Attn: Finance, 1136 12th Ave., Ste. 200, Honolulu, HI 96816. A $20 handling fee will be charged for all returned checks.
- Paying for yourself? Please write your name and member number on your check, and include a copy of your invoice (to print your invoice, click on the invoice number to open the Invoice Details screen, then click the “Print” button towards the bottom of the screen).
- Paying for multiple agents? Please include the Payment Form reflecting all of your agents' names and member numbers, along with your check payment (download and print the Payment Form for multiple agents from the Invoice Details screen).
- Note: Payment must be received (not postmarked) by June 30, 2025.
